Make An

Appointment

Schedule a Family Wealth Planning Session* or LIFT Business Strategy Session** with Blyss Cruz, and secure your session with a credit card.

There is no pressure during your appointment, and you are under no obligation to move forward afterward. The Session will help you become educated, and you will have an opportunity to get all of your questions answered.

Click below or call Cruz Law at (907) 313-9605 to schedule your Family Wealth Planning Session or LIFT Business Strategy Session.

*  Valued at $750

** Valued at $950

Complete a Pre-Session Worksheet

Once your Session is scheduled, you'll receive a homework packet through email that includes an Asset Inventory worksheet (personal) or a LIFT Business Audit (business). Your homework must be returned to Cruz Law two days before your appointment.

The homework is completely confidential and is designed to help you become clear about what is required to get your plan in order. You'll also become more organized than ever before,  and your Session will be as productive as possible because of it.

Returning your completed homework on time ensures that your Session fee will be waived.

Attend Your  Planning Session

At your Session,  Blyss will walk you through what would happen to everything you own and those you love, if the unthinkable happened and you became incapacitated or died right now.

You will then determine if "what would happen" matches with what you want to happen. If not, Blyss will help you understand what is necessary to close the gap between your goals and what would happen right now, so that you can rest easy knowing that your goals are met.

If you choose to do the necessary planning with Blyss, she can help you design your plan right then and there. If not, you will leave your Session knowing more about your current situation than when you first came in.

Taking these 3 simple steps will have a tremendous effect on you and your family's peace of mind.

If you decide to do your planning with Cruz Law, Blyss will provide you with the proper guidance and planning options so that you can choose your own fee and decide on the type of plan that you feel is best for you and your family's unique situation.

Blyss will help you design your plan, on the spot, so that your family will have as little to worry about as possible if the unthinkable were to happen to you.

Yes, you read that correctly: Blyss will design your plan before you even leave her office! The plan will be customized to your particular situation, taking into account your unique family needs and dynamics, your assets, and your planning goals. In less than forty-five days (approximately), that plan can be in place, protecting your family and providing you with the peace of mind that comes with knowing you've done the very best for your family, and that they will know how much you care about them.

If, after reading about how Cruz Law is different, you decide that you're looking for a one-and-done transaction rather than an attorney who provides a lifetime of guidance and counsel, guarantees that your plan will protect your family just as you intend at the time of your incapacity or death, and is there for you and your family throughout your lifetime, then please do not schedule an appointment with Cruz Law. We will be more than happy, however, to refer you to another attorney who might be better suited to fit your needs by operating on a transactional basis.

If, however, you read about how Cruz Law is different and you decide that you're ready to embark on a lifetime relationship with a Family Business Lawyer® who will help you plan for a life of success and prosperity and ensure the protection of your wealth and your family, please click below to schedule an appointment online, or call the office at (907) 313-9605 to schedule over the phone.

Blyss looks forward to knowing you and serving your family soon!
